Who is behind EarthToYou?
EarthToYou is a brand of RASA Organic Farms LLP, based in Jaipur, Rajasthan. We started in January, 2026 making trail mixes, roasted nuts, seeds and makhana from whole ingredients, without preservatives or artificial flavours.
What does EarthToYou actually make?
Trail mixes, flavoured roasted nuts, roasted makhana, and roasted seeds. Everything we sell is a whole food that has been roasted and seasoned — nothing is extruded, formed, or built from isolates and powders.
What does "clean label" mean to you specifically?
It means the full ingredient list is printed on the front of the pack, not hidden on the back. No preservatives, no artificial flavours, no artificial colours, no palm oil. If it's in the pack, you'll see it before you buy.
Why don't you sell protein powders or supplements?
Because they'd require us to formulate with isolates, binders and additives we've built the brand around avoiding. We'd rather do one thing properly than stretch into categories where we'd have to compromise.
INGREDIENTS AND SUITABILITY
What's actually in your products?
Whole nuts, seeds, makhana and spices. No preservatives, no artificial flavours or colours, no palm oil. The full ingredient list is printed on the front of every pack — you'll see it before you buy, not after.
What allergens do your products contain?
Our range contains tree nuts, peanuts, sesame and soy across different products. We roast and pack in a shared facility, so cross-contact is possible even where an allergen isn't an ingredient. Every pack carries a full allergen declaration, and it's listed on each product page. If you have a known allergy, please read it carefully and consult your doctor.
Are your products vegetarian? Vegan?
All our products are vegetarian and carry the green veg mark.
Are they gluten-free?
Our ingredients are naturally gluten-free, but our facility also handles [gluten-containing ingredients], so we can't certify them as gluten-free. If you have coeliac disease, please contact us before ordering.
Are your products organic?
Some of our ingredients are sourced from organic farms, but our products are not certified organic. We'd rather not use the word until we can back it with certification.
Are these good for weight loss / diabetes / heart health?
We make food, not medicine, and we don't make health claims. We'll tell you exactly what's in each product and its nutritional composition. If you're managing a specific condition, please talk to your doctor or a dietitian about how it fits your diet.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Where do you ship and how long does it take?
Across India. Dispatched within 1-2 business days. From dispatch: 1-3 days in Rajasthan, 2-5 to metros, 5-9 elsewhere, 7-12 to remote areas and the North-East. We don't ship internationally yet.
What are your shipping charges?
₹100 per order, free on prepaid orders above ₹699.
How do I track my order?
We'll send tracking by email, SMS or WhatsApp once it's dispatched. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to go live on the courier's system.
Can I cancel or change my address after ordering?
Yes, any time before dispatch — email orders@earthtoyoufoods.com with your order number. After dispatch, neither is possible.
My order hasn't arrived and tracking hasn't updated.

RETURNS
Can I return something?
Because these are food items, we can't take back opened packs or accept change-of-mind returns. But we will always replace or refund anything that arrives damaged, incorrect, missing, expired or tampered with. Report it within 72 hours of delivery.
How do I report a problem, and how long do refunds take?
Email orders@earthtoyoufoods.com or WhatsApp +91-6378184595 with your order number, photos of the product and pack, and the batch code. An unboxing video helps a lot. Approved refunds are initiated within 3 business days and typically reach you 3-7 days after that.
STORAGE AND FRESHNESS
How long do they last and how should I store them?
6 months from manufacture, printed on every pack. Store cool and dry, away from sunlight. Keep sealed with the zip lock or transfer to an airtight container once open, and finish within 30 days of opening. In summer and monsoon, refrigerating a large pack is a good idea.
My seeds taste bitter, or my makhana has gone soft.
Bitter or sharp-tasting seeds means the fat has oxidised — that shouldn't happen within shelf life. Makhana absorbs moisture fast and needs a tight seal, especially in humid weather. Either way, send us the batch code and we'll replace it.

Our website and Amazon only. Anything sold elsewhere hasn't come from us, and we can't stand behind how it's been stored or handled.
