Rainbow Detox Salad with Seed Power

A colorful, cleansing salad loaded with antioxidants

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups mixed greens (kale, arugula, spinach)
  • 1 grated carrot
  • ½ cup red cabbage, shredded
  • 1 beet, grated
  • 1 apple, diced

Dressing:
