Golden Berry Protein Shake

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 3 tablespoons EarthToYou Moringa Trail Mix
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper (enhances turmeric absorption)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Pour into a glass and garnish with a sprinkle of EarthToYou Moringa Trail Mix
  2. Drink within 30 minutes of your workout for best results
